Night 01:		Ha Noi - Lao Cai - Night on train

Day 01:		Lao Cai - Sapa - Cat Cat - Y Linh Ho - Lao Chai - Ta Van (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)
Upon arrival in Lao Cai station, pick up and drive to Sapa. After a breakfast, we will enjoy a free walk around this charming town, paying visit to Sapa market and the old cathedral where you can meet a lot of local ethnic minority peoples such as Black H'mong and Red Zao wearing their traditional colorful dresses selling their farming and gathering products and handicrafts for souvenir. Back to our office at by 9:30 and begin your exploration trip to Muong Hoa valley by driving 3 Km by Jeep to Cat Cat village, We start our trek from this cultural village, here is the home of Hmong, enjoy a water Fall, an old hydro power station built by Friend.Teh next trek is for 12 km for visiting Y Linh Ho and Lao Chai villages of the H'mong minority. after lunch at a local family in Lao Chai or in a drinking shop nearby the river bank, we keep on hiking to Ta Van village of the Dzay where we stay overnight in a local family. Here you have opportunity to experience their daily life, work and original custom. With your tour guide and the house owners, we will set up a temporary cooking class to learn how to cook Vietnamese food for dinner. Enjoying your dinner and getting to know local typical traditional customs, cultural. Day 02:		Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai - Su Pan - Sapa (Breakfast, Lunch)
After the breakfast, We will leave Ta Van village with the trail uphill, passing fascinating terraced rice field and some small hamlets of the H'mong before getting through a bamboo forest to a waterfall, enjoy a break for magnificent scenery and then continue walking for half an hour to Giang Ta Chai village of the Red Zao peoples which sits on the top of a hill and looks down Muong Hoa river. After spending time visiting the village, making friend with the Zao and experiencing the hospitality you will cross the river by another suspension bridge and then uphill again to Su Pan village where you will pay visiting to a local handicraft center where H'mong and Zao women gather for exchanging experience and skill of making handicrafts. A late Lunch will be prepare here nearby this center and then you have time relaxing as well as getting acquaintance with local school boys, girls and their teachers as well. Day 03:		Sapa - Full day trek to Matra - Ta Phin - Lao Cai - Hanoi (Breakfast, Lunch)
Today, we will take a car ride 5 km to the North East of Sapa. From here, take off car to visit Matra village of the H'mong people. After this village, do a 4-hour trek through the mountain and reach Taphin village - a handi-craft traditional village of 2 different minorities: the Red Dzao and the Black H'mong. Mountains surround the village and the landscapes are beautiful. Stroll around the villages and visit some hospitable Red Zao families to learn about their culture. Have picnic lunch at village. In the afternoon, the car waits for you and takes you back to Sapa for a rest before driving to Lao Cai station for a night train back Hanoi. Night on train. At 05h00am in next day, Tour ends. Day 03:		Ban Ho - Nam Toong - Sapa - Lao Cai - Hanoi (Breakfast, Lunch)
You will be waken up by the by the village animals or farming activity. After the breakfast is a trek of 4 Km to Nam Toong remotes village of the Red Dao peoples, learning their specific customs, enjoying the landscape before getting back to Lavie water for refreshing swimming, Then back to the home stay for lunch. (You will trek about 11Km during this day).  In the afternoon, the car waits for you and takes you back to Sapa for a rest before driving to Lao Cai station for a night train back Hanoi. Upon arrival in Lao Cai station, pick up and drive to Sapa. After a breakfast, we will take a drive of 6km along the main road to a beautiful spot where your village trek begins. This part offers spectacular scenery of the highest part of Hoang Lien Son mountain range and in a nice day, Fansipan Peak can be seen. Crossing the river by a suspension bridge you will challenge your feet uphill to Y Linh Ho village. Here you will pay visiting to some H'mong families, watching them doing their daily works. After picnic Lunch, the trail continues up and down hill for about 2 hours as you reach to Lao Chai, a large village of the H'mong and then following the river bank to Ta Van of the Zay people, paying visiting to local homes, villages school you will enjoy much your cultural discovery of local ethnic peoples as well as breathtaking scenery of the Muong Hoa Valley. Day 02:		Ta Van - Giang Ta Chai - Su Pan - Sapa (Breakfast, Lunch)
After the breakfast, We will leave Ta Van village with the trail uphill, we will pass through impressive terraced rice paddies on the hill slopes before getting through a bamboo forest, a huge waterfall to Giang Ta Chai village of the Red Zao peoples. Walking around the village you will meet many women with their embroidery work to make their traditional dresses, occasionally you can see the blacksmiths making farming tools and even hunting riffles. Passing the Muong Hoa river again and then trek uphill to Su Pan village passing the rocks field with unique carving which is believed to be the messages of the ancient peoples. In this village you will see the special technique to build houses on the steep rocky land. From Su Pan you will drive on a Jeep back to Sapa to check in the hotel of your choice, Having dinner and free time to discover Sapa town. Day 03:		Sapa - Bac Ha Colorful Market - Lao Cai - Hanoi (Breakfast, Lunch) - Available on Sunday
After having early breakfast in the morning we drive to Bac Ha Market. It takes us 3 huor driving to get there. This is the largest market in the region, a place where many ethnic groups gather to buy and sell, eat and drink together. There are 10 minority groups in the Bac Ha region. You can buy homemade handicrafts and clothes. In the afternoon we will have a 2 hour trek to Ban Pho village (Flower H'Mong people).In the village we can have a look in their house and understand little more about their lifestyle and traditional customs. Especially, we can try homemade wine from corn. Finally, we drive back to Lao Cai railway station for a night train back Hanoi. Night on train. At 05h00am in next day, Tour ends.
