Night 01:Ha Noi - Lao Cai - Night on train - Friday
At 20h15, our guide will come to pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi. Transfer to railway station for a night Victoria train at 20h40 to Sapa (Soft sleeper with A/C - Shared 4 bed cabin). Spend a night on train.

Day 01:Lao Cai - Sa Pa - Tram Ton Peak - Silver Waterfall - Sa Pa (Breakfast, Lunch)
Upon arrival, pick up to sapa for breakfast and then drive up hill to Sapa - the town with four seasons in a day. Upon arrival, check in to the Victoria Sapa hotel - the most luxury and romantic hotel in Sapa. Located in great location, you can admire the beauty of Sapa town from balcony of your special room for honeymoon. It was ready with roses, candle, chocolate and bottle of wine, sweetening your honeymoon. Enjoy breakfast in very cozy atmosphere of Victoria hotel then take some time to refresh before joining us for an orientation walk around the town of Sapa. It is said that you will find four seasons in a day here, but Sapa is normally seen in a thin mist. The private lunch for two people will be served at Gecko restaurant.
In the afternoon, after having sometime for resting, we will take you for the short trip driving to Tram Ton Pass, the highest section over the Hoang Lien Son Mountain Range. It is compared to "The Gate to Heaven". Here you admire the grandiose mountainous view of the North West of Vietnam, enjoy the moment of two of you in the spectacular nature. A photo for souvenir should not be missed! On the way back to Sapa, we stop to visit Thac Bac, Silvery waterfalls, one of the most popular tourist attractions of the neighborhood. Day 02:Sa Pa - Muong Hoa Valley - Lao Chai - Ta Van - Ham Rong Garden (Breakfast, Lunch)
Today, we have chance to explore the villages of different ethnic groups around Sapa. First, we take very beautiful drive from Sapa to the villages along the valley of Muong Hoa. The scenery like a painting of Mother Nature with the fields on the terrace, waterfall on the hill side, the green of the vegetation, a winding stream down below and the air is so fresh and pure. Here and there appear some H'mong girls with a basket on their back, strolling to the market to trade their domestic products. Our first stop is at Lao Chai village of the H'mong people. It is said that H'mong was one of the first immigrants to this area and famous for their hand weaving and terrace ricefield in Sapa. We take a walk around the village and to the village of Ta Van of the Giay people via the terraces and the trails, experience the diversity of hill tribe people there. After that, you will be transferred back to Sapa by car for lunch at Delta restaurant.
The rest of the day is on your own arrangements. You can choose to do some shopping in town, or you should not miss the visit up to Ham Rong Mountain where you can admire the view of Fansipan, "the roof-top of South East Asia" as well as the romantic view of the whole town in the mist. Day 03:Sa Pa Relax - Topas Ecolodge (Breakfast, Lunch)
Today, we have the whole morning to relax and discover Sapa together on your own or enjoy the comfortable and cozy atmosphere in Victoria Hotel. A swimming in heated swimming pool or a massage in the hotel also can make you feel so refresh. Check out Victoria Hotel before noon and enjoy lunch at Chapa Restaurant. After lunch, drive to Ecolodge Resort, very impressive and romantic resort above Muong Hoa Valley. From the lodge there are breathtaking views across the scenic valleys below, which are home to villages of the Tay and Red Dao minorities. Today, we will be free at leisure in the morning. You can spend time in the resort or take a short hike to Ban Ho, the nearby village of Tay people. After lunch at the resort, check out and drive back to Sapa. On the way drive to Laocai, you will take another escorted tour to Ta Phin - the village of the Red Dao. In the evening, take the overnight train back to Hanoi. Night on train.
At 05h00am next morning, arrive Hanoi and end services.

ITINERARY:
Night 01:Ha Noi - Lao Cai - Night on train

Your car will take you along the only road built on the side of a mountain range, looking down the valley, over viewing magnificent landscapes composed of high mountains, deep valleys, and stream of water winding, waterfalls and terraced rice paddies..., leaving the main road, you will enjoy short walk to tribal villages such as Ta Van of the Zay, Su Pan of the Black H'mong, Ban Ho of the Tay and Red Dao minorities... meeting locals at home and at works. Located in a large valley, surrounded by high mountains, which covered by pine trees and forest, Ta Phin Commune is home to the Red Zao and Black H'mong ethnic. Although living close to each other for years, these two ethnic peoples are very different: The H'mong are cheerful and open minded while the Red Zao are economical and reserved. Laos Exploration 12 days tour

This 12 days tour package is made to discover almost famous and beautiful sites and cities in laos by onland traveling. With a visit some historical, culture, and real remote land, we will have an unforgetable holiday in Laos



ITINERARY:
Day 01:
Luang Prabang Arrival - Half Day City Tour
On arrival at the airport, you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Time permitting; your half day city tour begins with a visit to the Royal Palace Museum, which hosts a range of interesting artifacts. We then head to the magnificent Wat Xa iengthong with its roofs sweeping low to the ground, which represents classical Laotian architecture. We also have time to visit the impressive stupa of Wat Visoun and the shrines of Wat Aham and Wat Mai. Overnight in Luang Prabang.

Day 02:
Luang Prabang - Big Brother Mouse -  Ban Khia Luang - Pak Ou Caves (Breakfast)
Today, we will start a full day with a visit to the Big Brother Mouse shop to select some books for the village visit. We then head north by car along route 13, before taking a unpaved road to Ban Khia Luang village. We then have ample time to visit the school, play with the kids and watch them enjoy their new books. We also take some time to explore the rest of the village, where you can see weaving and visit the local temple. We stop for lunch at the village, which can either be a western picnic lunch, or traditional Lao food such as sticky rice, laap and fresh vegetables cooked by the villagers. After lunch we say good bye to the village and drive to Ban Khoklin, which takes us through some beautiful scenery of mountains and paddy fields. At Ban Khoklin we then board a private boat down the Nam Ou River for 30 minutes to Pak Ou Caves, two linked caves crammed with thousands of gold lacquered Buddha statues of various shapes and sizes left by pilgrims and continue down the Mekong River back to Luang Prabang, arriving back there by late afternoon. Day 03:
Luang Prabang - Khuang Si Waterfall and Ban Chan (Breakfast)
Today, we will cross the Mekong River by boat, to the picturesque village of Ban Chan, a pottery village. We then visit the morning Phousi Market, where you will see such diverse offerings as dried buffalo skin, local tea and saltpeter among the chickens, vegetables and hill-tribe weavings. Laos is also known for its traditional crafts, and today you will visit local villages of Lao ethnic minority groups at Ban Ouay, a Hmong village, Ban Ou a Laoloum village and Ban Thapene, a Khmu village. This then takes us to the beautiful Khuang Si Waterfall where you can cool off with a refreshing swim in the pools or walk along the forest trails. We then return to Luang Prabang by late afternoon. Day 04:
Luang Prabang -  Xieng Khuang (Breakfast)
Today, we make the days drive through wonderful natural scenery to Xiengkhuang. The journey will give you plenty of opportunities for photos and visiting hill tribe villages. Upon arrival, we transfer out to visit Site 1 of the Plain of Jars, an impressive archaeological site where hundreds of large stone jars are scattered all over the plateau. Overnight in Xiengkhuang.

Day 05:
Xieng Khuang - Plain of Jars and Muang Khoun (Breakfast)
Today, we have time to visit the interesting Central Market in Phonsavan, visit the MAG exhibition and Site 2 of the Plain of Jars before taking a short scenic trek to Site 3 via a Tai Dam and Lao Leum village. Following lunch we have a half day morning tour seeing the old capital of Muang Khoun and the nearby villages, home to the Hmong hilltribe and Tai Dam people. Overnight in Xiengkhuang .

Day 06:
Xieng Khuang - Muang Khoun - Vang Vieng (Breakfast)

Day 07:
Vang Vieng – Half day tour - Vientiane (Breakfast)
As part of our half day tour of Vang Vieng, we explore the famous caves of Tham Jang, which was once used by the local people as a hideout from Chinese invaders. We also cross the river to Ban Huai Ngai, a very pleasant village where we can explore the different lifestyles of the locals. Following lunch we head south to Vientiane, where we arrive before sunset. Overnight in Vientiane.

Day 08:
Vientiane - Half day City tour (Breakfast)
Today, Your half day city tour enables us to see the major temples of Vientiane including the oldest, Wat Sisaket, a temple of thousands of miniature Buddha statues, and the former royal temple of Wat Prakeo, which previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image. We also visit Lao national icon, That Luang Stupa, and we stop to take some pictures of the imposing Patuxay Monument, which is Vientianes own Arc de Triumph. The afternoon is at leisure. Overnight in Vientiane .

Day 09:
Vientiane - Pakse - 4000 Islands (Breakfast)
Today, You will be transferred to the airport early this morning for your flight to Pakse. On arrival in Pakse, we drive south to Champassak and to visit the fascinating pre-Angkorian ruins of Wat Phu, one of Southeast Asia's most dramatically situated temples. We have time to explore these intriguing Khmer ruins, which are perched at the base of Mount Phu Kao. Following lunch, we continue our journey by road and long tail boat to the 4000 Islands area, where you have the rest of the day to relax. Overnight in 4000 Islands.

Day 10:
4000 Islands and surrounding (Breakfast)
After an early morning breakfast, we explore Khone Island. Here we begin by re-tracing the French colonial-past at Ban Khone, where some old colonial houses still stand and glimpse the first Lao railway with its own locomotive. We continue our exploration of the area of the 4000 islands by boat and visit the beautiful Liphi waterfall, also known as the Samphamith, which forms a natural border between Lao and Cambodia. We return to Ban Nakasang and drive to the famous waterfall of Khone Phapeng - the largest waterfall in South East Asia, also known as the 'Niagara of the east'. Overnight in 4000 Islands.

Day 11:
4000 Islands - Tad Lo - Pakse (Breakfast)
This morning we leave Khone Island and you will be met and taken by road west into the Bolevean Plateau. The Bolevean Plateau is known for its cooler temperature being located high above the Mekong Valley. The area is famous for its many waterfalls, and the most beautiful of these falls, Tad Fan, we visit. Tad Fan waterfall is spectacular with twin waterfalls plummeting into a deep gorge surrounded by flourishing vegetation. A trip to the plateau provides a refreshing break from the heat and allows you to observe the cultivation of rich coffee, tea, cardamom, bananas, and other crops that can be seen en route. In the afternoon we arrive at Tad Lo, home to another scenic waterfall and numerous ethnic minority groups. We visit the villages of Alak, Nge, and Katu before returning to Pakse. Overnight in Pakse.

Houeixai - Pakbeng on Crusie in Laos

ITINERARY:
Day 01:
Houeisay - Pakbeng (Lunch, Dinner)
Traditional boat leaves Houei Say pier at 08:30 hrs for a cruise down the Mekong to Pakbeng. En route one stop is made to observe rural life along the Mekong and visit minority ethnic groups; then, a lunch on board. Arrive Pakbeng before sunset and check-in at Pakbeng Lodge. Dinner on the terrace overlooking the Mekong River. Overnight in Pakbeng at Pakbeng Lodge.

Day 02:

Today, we will travel south along route 13. En route we stop at Prabaht Ponsan, an Ancient stupa dating back to the 15th Century. It is also home to the Ancient Budhhas footprint, discovered in 1933, and now an important religious site in Laos. Following lunch we continue onwards into Khammoune province and into the mountainous area, where a stop at a view point near Khoun Kham offers a breathtaking view over the surrounding area. We eventually reach Ban Naphouak, where we board a local boat on the Hin Boun River. The journey upstream takes us past some stunning limestone karst scenery, as well as a number of villages with smiling waving children. We reach your accommodation for the night Sala Hin Boun, late afternoon. You have the rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at Sala Hin Boun .

Day 03:
Sala Hin Boun - Kong Lor Cave (Breakfast, Lunch)
After breakfast at Sala Hin Boun we continue by boat upriver to Kong Lor village, where you have the chance to explore, before boarding a smaller boat into the famous Kong Lor Cave. We navigate through the cave, which is over 7km long and includes a spectacular cavern over 100m high, following lunch in a remote village on the other side of the cave. We return to Sala Hin Boun before sunset. Overnight at Sala Hin Boun .

Day 04:
Sala Hin Boun - Thakek (Breakfast, Lunch)
Following breakfast we set off by road to Naphouak, before heading south by boat through some of the most spectacular gorges found in Southeast Asia. Along the way we make a stop for lunch and a picturesque Lao Loum village, and then we are picked up by car and transferred to Thakek by late afternoon. Overnight in Thakek.

Day 05:
Thakek -  Buddha Cave (Breakfast, Lunch)
We depart Thakhek by Tuk-tuk, and follow the old French railway track that was destined for Vietnam but was never finished. Continuing through impressive scenery, you arrive in the village of Ban Nakhang Xang and meet the village guides who will escort you on your trek. Passing through secondary forest your guide will point out forest products that form an important part of local people's food resources. Going through a cave, you enter a striking valley with towering cliffs and forest. The trail follows the shoreline of Nong Thao Lake where you can see local fishermen at work. On arrival at Tham Nong Paseum cave more adventurous swimmers can explore the cave. The cave is 400 metres long and contains dramatic stalactites and stalagmites. Back in daylight, the trip continues onto Khammouane's famous Buddha cave for a traditional Lao lunch of Mekong fish, sticky rice and spicy papaya salad. After lunch we visit Tham Pa Fa or Buddha cave, which was rediscovered in April 2004. The cave contains 229 bronze Buddhas that are said to be over 300 years old! Time permitting you will also be able to travel by local canoe into the water cave below. Your guide will now escort you back to the village following a different route through the forest, and you will return to Thakek in the late afternoon. Overnight in Thakek.

Day 06:
Thakek - Savannakhet - Pakse (Breakfast)
This morning we are back on the road heading south to Thakek. En route we stop to visit the town of Savannkhet, famous for its French Colonial buildings and also the sacred stupa of That Inhang. We have ample time to explore the town before reaching Pakse in the early evening. Overnight in Pakse.

Day 07:
Pakse -  Tadlo (Breakfast)

After an early breakfast, we head out towards Khong Island. On the way we make a short detour to visit Pha Suam waterfall and to explore the ethnic minority villages of Lao Teung. We continue to travel by road via Pakse town crossing the Mekong by ferry to visit the fascinating pre-Angkorian ruins of Wat Phu, one of Southeast Asia's most dramatically situated temples. Following lunch we continue our journey by car and ferry to Don Daeng Island. Overnight on Don Daeng .

Day 09:
Don Daeng - 4000 Islands and Surrounding (Breakfast)
Following breakfast, we enjoy a visit to the surrounding countryside, and embark on a long tail boat tour of the Don Khone area, which takes you to visit the remains of the French period and Liphi Waterfall or "the Corridor of the Devil". We return to the mainland at the fishing village of Ban Nakasang and drive further south to visit Khone Phapheng. Khone Phapheng is considered the largest waterfall by volume in South East Asia; set within an area which is teeming with wildlife, making this area one of the most breathtaking destinations in Laos. Overnight on Don Daeng .
